The Greater Poland Cancer Registry in cooperation with the National Cancer Registry have developed a data basis for the next study to be performed under the Concord project. The aim of the Concord-3 project is to show the differences in survival rates of cancer patients worldwide. The GPCR has joined the project for the second time. Preparation of a data basis for Greater Poland: NCR + GPCR Time frame: patients diagnosed in 2000-2014. Analysed cancer sites (75% of all cases): - oesophagus, - stomach, - colon, - rectum, - liver, - pancreas, - lung, - malignant melanoma, - breast, - cervix of the uterus, - ovary, - prostate, - brain (divided into adult and paediatric) - blood cancers (divided into adult and paediatric).

Data for the Greater Poland province were calculated separately allowing to compare results for the region to Poland as a whole and other countries. Two representatives of the GPCR participated in the working group mentioned in the above publication.
